Do you provide airport transportation?

YES! MY ARIZONA BUTLER recognizes the woeful lack of viable and affordable transportation options available to northeastern Tucson, so we proudly provide professional door-to-door service for our private clients. Our rates are far more affordable than the other services provided and we add a level of service and dependability that the others cannot touch.

How often will you visit my home?

MY ARIZONA BUTLER highly recommends at least bi-monthly visits since it puts us at your property on a regular basis. Most burglars will scope out a property for a period of time before making it a target. They do not want anyone to be in the house when they break in, so the more they see us coming and going, the more likely they will find another target. Compared to the monetary cost of a burglary and the emotional cost of being victimized, weekly visits by MY ARIZONA BUTLER is an extremely small investment.   

Who will be checking my home and performing the requested services?

The owners of MY ARIZONA BUTLER personally conduct every home visit and attend to your every need, so you can relax knowing exactly who is in and around your home. No strangers lounging on your sofa, using your bathroom, or sleeping in your bed and no parties being thrown causing untold damage. There simply is no higher standard in the industry than the personal level of professional service provided by MY ARIZONA BUTLER.  

Will you maintain contact with us while we are away?

Yes. One of the most important aspects of our service to you is communication so that you never have a doubt as to what is going on with your property. Following our visit to your home, we will immediately contact you as to its condition and provide you with pictures of any situations that may need immediate attention. We are also always available to you if you ever have any questions or wish to have us do something else for you. After all, that’s what butlers do, right?

Do you offer “live-in” house sitting?

MY ARIZONA BUTLER does not provide live-in services, thus eliminating the very real concerns over strangers living in your home. We will conduct a comprehensive visual interior and exterior inspection every time we visit and ensure that all is well with your home. The private and intimate nature of your home will be respectfully preserved because the owners will be the only ones inside.   

Do you offer pet-sitting services?

The owners of MY ARIZONA BUTLER are devout animal lovers, but we typically do not provide pet sitting services. That being said, please feel free to discuss your needs with us as we will handle all pet requests on a case-by-case basis. We will always do our absolute best to meet your needs.  

What if we need a contractor to do some work while we are gone?

As a part of our extensive concierge services, MY ARIZONA BUTLER will meet a contractor for you and even oversee their work during their stay if you need us to. If you do not know which contractor to use, we will gladly help you find the right one or recommend one for you.  

Do we have to sign a contract?

MY ARIZONA BUTLER does not utilize contracts, so you are able to utilize our services at your convenience as you need to. We operate under a simple service agreement so you know exactly what to expect from us.
